摘要
对聚酯工业生产中所用伞板式真空喷淋冷凝器的传递特性进行研究 .基于对过程机理的分析 ,提出简化的幕帘式传递数学模型 ,通过对膜内传热方程的求解 ,将液膜高度与全塔总平均传热系数关联起来 ,并考虑雾沫夹带和压力降限制 ,建立了普适的伞板式喷淋冷凝器工艺设计方法 .经校验 ,设计结果与工业实际数据基本吻合 。
The character of heat transfer in umbrella deck spray condensers used in polyester manufactuing is studied. A simple curtain style mathematical model of fransfer is derived based on an analysis of the mechanism of transfer, and a general method on the design of condensers is taken relating the height of liquid sheet to the average overall heat transfer coefficient through solving the heat transfer equation of the liquid sheet and considering the limit to vapor phase entrainment and pressure drop. Test verifications indicated good agreement between experimental and calculated data. This method has been adopted in the industrial design by China Textile Industrial Engineering Institute.
