摘要
中小型机械制造企业迫切需要应用网络化制造来提高企业的竞争力 .本文介绍了一个面向中小型企业的网络化制造系统雏形 ,主要介绍作者在实施网络化制造时所遇到的若干问题——企业联盟的组织、盟员企业的选择、信息的传输及企业联盟中的协调工作等 ,并对解决这些问题的方法进行探讨 .
Medium and small-sized machine-building enterprises are in an urgent need for networked manufacturing to improve their competitive power.In this paper is introduced a miniature of networked manufacturing system catering for medium and small-sized enterprises,with emphasis on issues encountered in the course of implementing networked manufacturing such as organization of an enterprises alliance,selection of member enterprises,transmission of information,coordination among member enterprises in the alliance,etc.Also,ways to cope with these issues are discussed.
