摘要
目的：观察应用激素治疗系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）过程中配合运用养阴清热中药并逐步撤减激素的治疗效果。方法：对 ３０例应用强的松治疗的系统性红斑狼疮患者配合运用中药红斑汤治疗，强的松的剂量为首次门诊前的原服剂量，并在红斑汤的配合下，激素逐步减量。结果：患者使用中药后，２７例成功撤减激素，总有效率达到９０．００％。结论：养阴清热中药能有效调节患者免疫功能，缓解ＳＬＥ症状，减少激素的用量。
Objective: To observe the curative ef- fect of Chinese herbal drugs for nourishing yin and clearing heat to reduce dosage of hormone gradually in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods: 30 cases of SLE were treated by prednisone and associated with Hongban Tang (HBT) . The dosage of prednisone was that applied in the first outpatient clinic, and reduced gradually under the application of HBT. Results: The dosage of prednisone can be reduced in 27 cases, the total effective rate being 90. 00%. Con- clusion: The Chinese herbal drugs for nourishing yin and clearing heat can effectively regulate the immunologic function, relieve the symptoms of SLE and reduce the dosage of horemone.
