摘要
作者通过近几年来对水土保持内涵的认识,及福建省水土保持科研机构和工作的见解、体会,进一步探讨了提高全省水土保持科研水平等方面的问题。
Based on the understanding of the intension of soil and water conservation,and the present situation of scientific research institutes of soil and wa ter conservation in Fujian Province,the author took further steps to discuss how to improve the scientific research work of soil and water conservation in Fujian Province.
