摘要
总结全国著名中医妇科学家罗元恺教授论治不孕不育的学术精华与临证经验。罗教授推崇肾主生殖的理论，率先提出“肾－天癸－冲任－子宫轴” 的学术观点，并以此指导不孕不育的研究，取得成果。在论治不孕不育症方面，提出不孕不育必须夫妇双方诊治、强调医无定方、结合辨病辨证、种子首重调经、安胎尤重肾脾、指导心理调摄、注意生活因素等学术现点。罗教授临证中把不孕症分为肾虚、肝郁、气滞血瘀、痰湿内阻和气血虚弱５个主要证型，提出常用代表方，并创制了促排卵汤。对先兆流产和习惯性流产防治，创制了滋肾育胎丸。在论治男性不育方面，亦积累了独特的经验。
This article summarized the academic essence and clinical experience of national famous physician Luo Yuankai for sterility. Prof. Luo praised highly on the theory of kidney controlling reproduction, he was the first to raise the academic viewpoint 'kindney-tiangui-chongren- uterus axil' and to direct the studies of sterility and a lot of achievements were obtained. He emphasized that the sterility of husband or wife should be diagnosed and treated simultaneously, and there was no fixed prescription for the treatment. TCM syndrome differentiation should be combined with differential diagnosis of disease. Gestation by regulating menstruation, nourishing the kidney and spleen to calm the fetus, and regulation of psychologic and living conditions were proposed. Clinically, Prof. Luo classified the sterility into syndrome patterns of kidney -deficiency, liver-stagnation, stagnation of qi and blood, interior stagnation of phlegm-damp and hypofunction of qi and blood, and designed the commonly-used prescriptions, such as Cupailuan Tang, Zishen Yutai Wan was used for prevention and treatment of threatened abortion and habitual abortion. For male sterility, he also accumulated unique experience.
