摘要
采用成纤维细胞三维培养方法观察了粉防己碱对人瘢痕成纤维细胞诱导胶原基质收缩的影响，结果表明粉防己碱１μｇ／ｍｌ、４μｇ／ｍｌ能有效地抑制体外瘢痕成纤维细胞与胶原基质网的收缩。
Under condition of three dimensional culture of scar derived fibroblasts,we observed the effects of tetrandrine on the collagen matrix contraction induced by scar fibroblasts.The results showed that tetrandrine can effectively inhibite the scar fibroblast induced contraction of collagen matrix.
