摘要
从复杂系统的角度对企业的可持续发展进行了分析 ,指出了企业可持续发展的含义 ,提出了企业发展的三种模式并进行了比较。基于复杂系统的原理提出了企业持续发展的必要条件 ,并指出企业只有遵循复杂吸引子的运动方式———在秩序与混沌的边缘才有可能实现持续发展。
From the view of complex system,the author analyzed the concept of sustained development of enterprise,its necessary conditions and three kinds of development way.The author concluded that an enterprise can acquire sustained development by moving as a complex attractor at the edge of chaos and order.
