摘要
从现代科学技术与经济、政治、文化、军事的联系及一个国家整体的科学技术发展能力等五个方面论述了现代科学技术发展的系统性 ,指出现代科学技术是在和社会的多方面的联系和相互作用中发展的。
The systematicness was discussed based on the relations between modern science and technology,economy,politics,culture and military,and the developing capacity of a nation.It was pointed out that modern science and technology develops in the interrelation and interaction between every social parts.
