摘要
目的 :研究黄芪的抗病毒作用。方法 :以阿昔洛韦 (ACV)为阳性对照 ,采用对病毒所致细胞病变的抑制及空斑减数实验 ,观察黄芪总多糖抗HSV 2 333株药效。结果 :在Hep 2细胞系统中 ,ACV对HSV 2 333株直接杀灭、感染阻断、增殖抑制的ED50 分别为 16 .4 5 ,18.6 2 ,10 .85μg/ml;黄芪总多糖的相应数值分别为 6 .0 4 ,5 .4 3,7.5 0 μg/ml。结论 :黄芪总多糖对HSV 2 333株的治疗指数为ACV的 3.7,2 .7,3.3倍 ,值得开发利用。
Objective:To study the anti viral effects of total polysaccharides of Astragalus membranaceus (PSA). Method: Acyclovir (ACV) was used as positive control drug. The anti viral effects of PSA on 333 strain of herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV 2 333 strain) were observed by using plaque reduction assay and observing the inhibitory effect of PSA on cellular pathological changes induced by herpes. Result: In Hep 2 cell system, the median effective dose (ED 50 ) of direct virucidal effect, inhibiting multiplication effect, interrupting infection effect of ACV on HSV 2 333 strain was 16.45,18.62,10.85 μg/ml, respectively;The corresponding figures of PSA were 6.04,5.43,7.50 μg/ml, respectively. Conclusion: The treatment index of PSA for HSV 2 333 strain is 3.7, 2.7, 3.3 fold as that of ACV, respectively. It is worthy of exploiting.
