摘要
目的 :探讨必清胶囊治疗扁平疣的疗效。方法 :治疗组 (6 7例 )用必清胶囊、转移因子和骨碎补酊治疗 ,对照组 (43例 )用转移因子、骨碎补酊治疗 ,每个疗程 1个月 ,连用 3个疗程 ,每月观察 1次 ,对其疗效进行观察分析。结果 :治疗 1,2 ,3个月后 ,治疗组的痊愈率和有效率分别为8.96 % ,5 7.5 8% ,71.79%和 4 0 .30 % ,89.39% ,97.4 4% ;对照组分别为 0 % ,5 .2 6 % ,12 .90 %和18.6 0 % ,39.4 7% ,5 4.84 % ,有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论
Objective:To research the therapeutic effect of Biqing capsule on verruca plana. Method: Treatment group(67 cases) was treated with Biqing capsule, transferred factor and tinctura drynaria,control group(43 cases) with transferred factor and tinctura drynaria. The course of treatment was 1 month,and 3 courses were observed.The clinical effect of these two groups were compared and analysed. Result: After 1, 2, 3 months of treatment, the curative and effective rate was 8.96%,57.58%,71.79% and 40.30%,89.39%,97.44%respectively in treatment group,and 0%,5.26%,12.90% and 18.60%,39.47%,54.84% in control group. After Z test, the curative and effective rate of treatment group has statistical significance compared with those of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Biqing capsule is an effective Chinese preparation for verruca plana.
