伊贝沙坦治疗原发性高血压并左室肥厚的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的 :观察伊贝沙坦的降压效果及对左室重量 (LVM)、左心功能的影响。方法 :30例原发性高血压合并左室肥厚患者 ,服用伊贝沙坦 15 0～ 30 0mg ,每天 1次 ,疗程 2 4周 ,记录用药前后血压、心率、超声心动图参数的变化情况及药物副作用。结果 :服药 2 4周后 ,血压、左室重量明显降低 ,左室射血分数 (LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS % )、二尖瓣峰值速度VE,VA 的比值 (VE/VA)明显增高 ,且无严重不良反应。结论 :伊贝沙坦在显著降压的同时 ,能逆转左心室肥厚 ,改善心功能 ,对心脏有保护作用。
