摘要
建立了综采工作面液压支架与采煤机在采煤过程中存在的相互约束关系的数学表达式 ,提出了液压支架的自动控制模型和系统的其他功能。设计了液压支架计算机分布式控制系统 ,介绍了主控机和子控机在系统中的功能和作用 。
Building the mathematical formula of interrelation between powered supports and shearer in the mechanized mining face,paper founds the automatic control model of the powered supports,and some supplementary control function.Designs the powered supports microcomputer distributed control system and describes the functions of principal controller and subordinate controller,and the working principle of double communication nets and control method.
