摘要
目的 :探讨新生儿脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)正常值 ,为早期发现新生儿听力障碍提供参考。方法 :应用中国科技大学生物技术公司生产的NGT型脑干反应测听仪对出生 1～ 7d的 4 3例新生儿进行BAEP检测 ,以声强 70dB的短声分别刺激左右耳 ,对其中符合正常新生儿标准的 31例 (6 2耳 )检测结果进行分析 ,并进行统计学处理。结果 :①BAEP出波率 :70dBBHL出波率为 10 0 %。②波潜伏 (PL)发育 :Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波各波潜伏期与成人正常值明显不同 (P <0 .0 0 0 5 )。③波间期 (IPL)发育 :Ⅰ Ⅲ、Ⅲ Ⅴ、Ⅰ Ⅴ波间期参数与成人正常值亦有明显不同 (P <0 .0 0 0 5 )。结论 :正常新生儿BAEP参数与成人BAEP正常值明显不同 ,对 31例正常新生儿进行检测 ,取得正常新生儿BAEP参数 。
Objective: To explore newbornes' brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) normal value for early diagnosis of hearing disorders. Methods: Using NGT type Brainstem Respons Apparatus, BAEP examination was made on 43 newborns (1 7 days). Left and right ears were stimulated by short voice of 70 dB separately. The measurements of 31 normal newborns (62 ears) meeting the standard were analyzed. The data were statistically processed. Results: Efferent echo rate of BAEP was 100% in 70 dBHL. Wave latent period (PL) development: The PL of Ⅰ, Ⅲ, Ⅴ waves in newborns were very different from that in the adults ( P < 0.0005 ). Interval PL (IPL) development: Ⅰ Ⅲ, Ⅲ Ⅴ, Ⅰ Ⅴ IPL parameters were significantly different from those of the adults ( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion: BAEP parameters in the normal newborns are very different from those in the adults. BAEP parameters in the normal newborns were obtained through the measurements of 31 newborns (62 ears).
