摘要
以布洛芬和 L-精氨酸为原料 ,95 %乙醇为反应溶剂 ,并在反应结束后以丙酮析晶得到 L-精氨洛芬 ,收率可达90 %以上。
L- Arginine- Ibuprofen was synthesized from ibuprofen and L- arginine in ethanol and then crystallized outby adding acetone.The yield was above90 %.
