摘要
为探索中医望诊的客观化、定量化 ,建立中医儿科望诊的基础资料库 ,选用红外热像仪对 70 0名学龄期健康儿童进行了面部红外热像望诊 ,以观测儿童面部和舌体各部位的平均温度及各部位间的温度差 ;同时对红外热像图谱进行直观分析 ,并对影响面部热像显示的部分因素进行统计分析 ,探究与中医五色望诊的关联。结果表明正常学龄期儿童在男女性别之间面部温度均值比较无显著差异 ,在面部和舌部的红外热像谱上具有明显的规律性 ;健康面色以淡黄淡白透淡红为主 ,色泽润泽 ,额部色泽偏黄。
To objectify and quantify Chinese inspection diagnosis and establish a basic database for childrens inspection diagnosis,infrared thermograph is used to'observe'the faces of 700 healthy school children,as a result to measure the average temperatures of the faces and tongues and their temperature differences,meanwhile,the infrared thermogram is objectively analyzed to detect the factors correlating with the inspection diagnosis.Results show that there is no difference in the facial temperatures between the school boys and girls;there is obvious regularity in the infrared thermogram of face and tongue;that the healthy face is characterized by slightly yellowish and whitish lustrous complexion with lightly yellowish forehead.
