摘要
对 3 8例高尿酸血症进行分组治疗观察 ,治疗组 2 7例以补肾利湿法治疗 ,对照组 1 1例 ,常规西药对症治疗 ,疗程 6周 ,结果 :治疗组的血尿酸在治疗前后有显著差异 ,P <0 0 1。与对照组比较 ,治疗后有显著差异 (P <0 0 1 ) ,治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组经治疗后的临床症状与血脂、血糖均有改善。
cases of hyperuricemia were randomized into two groups:treatment group with 27 cases treated by kidney nourishing and dampness disinhibiting therapy and control group with 11 cases treated by routine western medicine;they were all treated for 6 weeks.Results:in treatment group,the blood uric acid fell obviously after treatment, P <0 01;and it fell more significantly that that in control group, P <0 01;after treatment in treatment group,the clinical symptoms improved and the blood lipid and sugar decreased with varying success.
