摘要
为了观察中医药分阶段治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。设治疗组 1 1 8例 (先以清热解毒法治疗 ,后予益气养阴法治疗 ) ,对照组 59例 (口服辅酶Q10 、静脉滴注二磷酸果糖等 )。结果 :治疗组与对照组 3个月治愈率 6 3 %、3 0 % ,P <0 .0 5,6个月治愈率 94%、57% ,P <0 .0 5,临床治愈率治疗组优于对照组。
To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute viral myocarditis by stages,118 cases in treatment group were first treated with heat clearing and toxin relieving therapy and then with Qi Yin supplementing therapy,and another 59 cases in control group were treated by oral administration of CoQ 10 and intravenous drip of fructose 1,6 diphosphate.Results:after three month treatment,the cure rates were 63% and 30% in treatment and control groups respectively,P<0.05;after six month treatment,the cure rates were 94% and 57% respectively,P<0.05.It is revealed that the clinical cure rates are higher in treatment group than in control group;Chinese medicine by stages is quite effective for acute viral myocarditis.
