摘要
作者经过试验研究,认为水泥熟料中的矿物组成C_3A的含量是影响水泥稠化时间的关键,水泥的比表面积对稠化时间也十分敏感。并且石膏掺入量要选择适当。对于合格物API-G级油井水泥,熟料中的C_3A含量应控制在4%左右,水泥比表面积为2600～2800cm^2/g较好,水泥中CO_3含量以2.6±0.2%为宜。
It is revealed by the author that the amount of C_3A in cement clinker is the key factor of in ftuncing the time of consistency, as well as the specific sun face of cement. The time of conmsistency is also effected by the amount of gypsum added. For API-G oil-well cement, the C_3A content should be preferably controled to about 4%,the specifice surface 2600~ 2800cm2/ g and the SO_3 content in the cement 2.6±0.2%.
