磨削加工中切削液的μ、pb、pc、st等参数和加工工艺效果关系的研究

摘要 通过模拟评定和现场测试,本文对影响切削液性能的诸因素μ、pb、pc、st值和磨削加工工艺效果之间的关系作了探讨研究,比较分析了乳油型切削液和离子型合成切削液在这些方面的性能差异.阐明了pc/pb和G、Ne之间的相互关系.首次提出pc/pb值应作为评价切削液的一项重要技术指标,并指出离子型合成切削液应予以发展的必要性和必然性. By scimulated service tests and practice applicating determination,some factors,such as μ.pb.pc.st.etc which are important to cutting fluid,and the relation between those values and the results of cutting fluid working have been stadied in this article. Comparative tests and analysis for two types of cutting fluid, ionic's and emulsion's expressed obvious differences on charactors and working results.The relation and influence each other between pc/pb and G. Ne are discussed too. On the base of ressearch results,we suggest that pc/pb should be taken as an important technical factor to cutting fluid tests.It is necessary to develop ionic cutting fluid in future.
