摘要
我国有湿法窑105台,它们消耗了大量的燃料,为了节能,都需要进行技术改造;但要因地制宜,不能一刀切。本文按不同的条件,归纳了国内外的改造方法,提出了千磨干烧、湿磨干烧和湿磨湿烧三种方式。各湿法水泥厂可结合自己的实际情况,选择其中的2～3种型式,作为技术经济论证的基础,相信会取得比较好的经济效益。
There are 105 wet-process kilns in China.Where a large amount of fuel is conswned,there fore thchnical modification measures of these kilns should be taken. The key is that the measures taken for certain plant should suit its particular condition.Varvious modification measures which has been taken abroad are summerized in the paper.three major approaches,i.e.dry grinding-dry burning.wet grinding-dry burning and wet grinding-wet burning,are suggested.Two or three of these approaches can he chosen as basis for technical and economical comparison to verily whether the modification chosen is profi table,and the expected econemic result is achievable.
