大型筒壳去除焊接残余应力的超载加压法及其机理

摘要 大型筒壳的成型,目前,常用方法有退火、低温、时效、锤击和振动等,但这些方法常受到设备尺寸限制;生产周期紧迫限制;经济性及安全性等限制而不利于采用.本文介绍的超载加压法,在工程实践中显示出操作简便、设备简单、生产周期短、安全可靠等优点.我国大型筒壳超载加压法去除残余应力的工程实验数据,目前还为少见.所以,超载加压法去除焊接残余应力及其机理的探讨,在压力容器制造业中应用有着重要意义. In the Manufactare of huge Metal barrel(vessel),Presently,the general Methodes of eliminating or reducing residual stress of weld are annealing.low tempreture,time effecting,hammer striking and vibrating.But these Methodes are always restricted by equipment size,period of production,condition of economics and safefy.The overload-pressurizating method which is introduced in this thsis has many advantages in engineering practice.For example,the operation is very convenient,the equipments are uncomplicated,the period of produce is more short,and the use process is safety,etc. Now the engineering experimental data of this method is hardly seen in china.so,the research of overload-pressurizating method to eliminate data and Mechanism of eliminating pressure vessel.
