摘要
目的 :观察硝酸镧对 Hep- 2喉癌细胞体外增殖生长的影响。方法 :在体外硝酸镧浓度为 0 .0 5 m mol/ L～ 3.2 mm ol/L 的培养条件下 ,采用 MTT实验检测喉癌细胞生长抑制率以及测定喉癌细胞的克隆形成率。结果 :在 0 .4 m mol/ L～3.2 mm ol/ L 范围内 ,硝酸镧增加喉癌细胞生长抑制率与降低其克隆形成率。结论 :硝酸镧在体外培养中对喉癌细胞增殖有一定的抑制作用并可能促其向良性分化。
Objective:To investigate effect of La(NO 3) 3 on the growth of Hep 2 cell in vitro Methods:under La(NO 3) 3 concentration of 0 05~3 2 mmol/L,the growth inhibition rate was detected by MTT assay and the cloning efficiency was counted in soft agar of cell Results:when the concentration of La(NO 3) 3 was 0 4~3 2mmol/L,the growth inhibition rate increased and cloning efficiency of Hep 2 decreased Conclusion:It suggest that La(NO 3) 3 might inhibit growth and proliferative activity of Hep 2 cell line
