摘要
本文在模型试验基础上,深入研究和分析了流体固气比对旋风筒性能的影响,澄清了旋风筒阻力损失与流体固气比的变化规律,探讨了流体固气比与分离效率之间的关系,因而对预热器旋风筒的设计和使用提供了必要的实验和理论依据。
Based on the model tests, the tnfluences of the solid-gas ratio of fluid to the performances of preheater cyclones are further studied and analysed in the paper. The patten of changes of the presure loss of cyclone and the solid-gas ratio is clari- fied. The relation between the solid-gas ratio of fluid and the separation efficiency is discussed. Therefore the necessary experimental and theoretic basises are supplied for the design and application of preheater cyclones.
