摘要
我国农业在加入世界贸易组织以后必将面临强大的挑战 ,这种环境要求我国农业实现跨越式发展。文章认为农业科技制度的创新对实现我国农业跨越式发展极为重要。本文在制度创新理论的框架下 ,分析了我国农业科技制度创新应该考虑的问题。
Agriculture would face the great challenge when China enters the WTO. Under such situation, it's necessarily to fulfill the un-general development of Chinese agriculture. The innovation of institution of agriculture science is the most important issue to implement to the process of the designed un-general development. This article discussed some important aspects of fulfill the great task under the guide of institution innovation theory.
