摘要
分别以氨水和正丙胺为模板剂 ,在 177℃温度下静止晶化 5 0小时 ,合成出ZSM - 5沸石分子筛 .经XRD和IR测试 ,两者具有基本相同的结构 ;TG -DSC分析证明 ,两者都具有优良的热稳定性 .由于有机胺易氧化分解 ,故使得后者的腔内包含物氧化放热峰前移约 4 0℃ .合成的ZSM - 5沸石经用不同离子交换后 。
ZSM-5 zeolite is synthesized by crystallizing for 50 hours at 177℃, using ammonia liquor and n_proplyamine as templating agents respectively. They are of identical structures by the methods of XRD and IR and both have excellent thermal stability by TG_DSC. Because organic amines is easily oxidized and decomposed, the exothermic peak of oxide in the latter cavity moves forward about 40℃. Synthetic ZSM-5 zeolite exchanged with various ions is used to catalyze the reaction of aromatization of hexane.
