摘要
北京大学图书馆和北京高校图书馆期刊工作研究会共同主持核心期刊文献计量学课题研究 ,并出版了《中文核心期刊要目总览》,在社会上产生了较大的反响。文章分析了《要览》对社会产生的积极作用与对学报的影响 ,提出由中国人文社会科学学报学会组织评选中国高校人文社会科学核心学报的建议 ,并对其必要性、可行性、积极意义进行了论述 ,以利于更好地发挥高校学报对促进教学、科研的发展和社会主义两个文明建设的作用。
The research work on the statistics of the core periodicals has been done jointly by the library of the Beijing University and Beijing Society of Library Periodicals at college levels. Thanks to their joint efforts, A General Survey of the Core Periodicals in Chinese was published, which is welcomed by the public concerned. The article analyses the positive impact on the school journals brought by the publication of the said survey, raises some suggestions that the assessment and selection of core journals of humanities and social science should be organized and done by the China Society of School Journals of Humanities and Social Sciences. At the same time the article also expound the necessity, feasibility and their proactive significance for the argument of the change so as to further promote both teaching and scientific research as well as the development and the construction of a high ethical and cultural level in the hope that the initiatives of the school journals could be best brought into full play.
