摘要
在全球经济日益一体化的时代 ,世界各国都在竞相发展高新技术产业 ,抢占科技发展制高点。国内外的实践证明 ,高新技术产业化发展必须有健全的风险投资机制。基于对我国风险投资运行管理机制的现状与问题分析 ,建立健全我国风险投资机制必须采取如下对策 :健全风险投资机构的组织机制 ,健全风险投资基金的募集机制 ,健全风险投资的决策机制 ,跟踪管理机制和退出机制。
With the development of merging global economy into an organic whole, every country in the world has been actively expanding the newest technical industry so as to take up the highest position of science and technology. The interior and abroad experiences show that the developing of the newest technical industry needs a running well system of venture capital. According to analysis of the problems existing in China's running system of venture capital, We should adopt following decisions:Establishing and improving the system of organizing in a venture capital company, raising venture capital fund, making decision and managing, as well as system of arbitrage in fund.
