摘要
以对甲基苯磺酰氯为原料 ,经还原后用氯乙酸进行甲基化制得对甲基苯甲砜 ,再经氧化和精制合成的对羧基苯甲砜产品 ,纯度可达 98%以上 ,总收率为 5 1 .8% ;此工艺操作简便 ,尤其是采用氯乙酸代替硫酸二甲酯作甲基化剂 ,不仅可降低原料成本 ,而且还呈现明显的环保效益 ,适合于工业化生产。
This article introduces a convenient preparation of 4\|(methylsulfonyl)benzoic acid from 4\|methylbenzenesulfonyl chloride. Through reduction, methylation, oxidation, and purification, the purity of the product can reach over 98%, and the total yield can reach 51.8%. This technology greatly reduces the cost, particularly the employing of chloroacetic acid instead of dimethyl sulfate in the methylation process makes considerable contributions to environment protection. So it is suitable for large\|scale production.
