摘要
提出健美操在高等院校体育教学中的作用和地位 ,以及学生在学习健美操时存在的问题。分析存在问题的原因 。
This article puts forward the function and status of callisthnics in physical education in higher learning institutions as well as the problems existing while learning it among students .This article also analyses the causes of the problems and comes up with the solutions to them.
