摘要
研究了显色剂偶氮氯磷Ⅰ双峰双波长光度法测定水样中的钙 (Ⅱ )。方法结果表明 :在PH 值为 10 5时 ,钙 (Ⅱ )与偶氮氯磷Ⅰ形成 1∶1的红色络合物 ,在 5 80nm处有最大吸收 ,参比波长为 5 2 0nm。方法的线性范围为 0~ 2 5 μg/2 5mL ,回收率为 98~ 10 1% ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε′ =2 66× 10
