摘要
本文作者从化学腐蚀的基本原理出发 ,讨论了一种显示淬火钢奥氏体晶界的方法 ,所采用的浸蚀剂经反复实验确定。实验结果表明 ,使用该试剂显示 45钢和 40Cr钢在淬火态下的原奥氏体晶界时 。
On the basis of fundamentals of chemical erosion,this paper expatiates a method of displaying the hardenedsteels austenitic crystallite boundary with a corroding agent confirmed by repeated experiments Experimental results indicate this corroding agent,When used to exhibit the austenitic crystallite boundary of steel 45 and 40Cr in hardend state, is effective to restrain inner phase organization and reveals the grain boundaries
