摘要
介绍了直径 1m、厚度 2 0mm、两面层为纯聚四氟乙烯、中间层为填充型聚四氟乙烯的三层模压圆板的生产技术。用此技术生产的圆层压板除具有聚四氟乙烯所有的优异性能外,其压缩强度、弯曲强度。
The technique of production of the three layer laminate molding of circular board with one meter in diameter and 20 mm in thickness was introduced,both the outside laminate materials are pure PTFE and the inside is filled PTFE.The laminated circular board produced with the technique,which possessed not only all of excellent properties of PTFE but its mechanical performances,such as compressive strength,bending strength and hardness were also improved.
