滴头制造偏差的模拟与滴灌系统随机设计方法的研究 被引量:11

摘要 滴头制造偏差和水力学变差是影响滴灌均匀度的两个主要因素。本文将满头流量方程式q=KH^x中的流量系数K作为反映滴头制造偏差的随机变量,在计算机上生成以流量系数为特征参数,符合正态分布的随机数模拟滴头的制造偏差,在此基础上开发出滴灌系统的随机设计方法——将所生成的随机数再随机地赋值给系统内各滴头的流量系数,进行系统水力学计算,并评价系统的滴灌均匀度。此设计方法与试验结果取得了很好的一致性。 Emitter manufacturing mismatch and hydraulic deviation are two major factors affecting the uniformity of trickle irrigation. We take the emitter discharge coefficient K in emitter flow eguation q = KEF, as a random variable to express the emitter manufacturing deviation. Random numbers normally distributed, which contain the characteristic parameter discharge coefficient, were generated with computer to simulate the emitter manufacturing deviation. Further more, a stochastic design method for trickle irrigation system was developed. Randomly giving a value, from the generated random numbers, to each discharge coefficient of the emitters in the system, the hydraulic calculation and the uniformity evalution of the pipe network were performed. The results from this design mothod are nicely agreeable to those from experiments.
