地下空间开发已成为现代城市空间扩展的重要途径,首先分析了上海开发利用地下空间的条件与必要性,探讨了地下空间开发利用的现状与问题,并从政府政策的角度,提出了今后上海开发利用地下空间的措施。
The paper analyses the condi-tions and necessity of exploitation andutilization of underground space inShanghai and discusses the presentsituation and problems in utilizing theunderground space, then. from the viewof government policy some suggestionsand countermeasures are given.
