摘要
湖区水资源系统综合开发运行管理是个多目标决策问题。本文以四湖地区为背景,应用分解聚合技术建立一个大系统多目标决策模型。整个系统按优化目标分解为若干子系统,构成递阶结构的第1层,用标量优化技术求解;聚合模型为第2层,是个仅有两个决策变量和很少约束的多目标动态规划模型,便于用向量优化技术求解,该模型在四湖地区应用,为其提供了满意的运行策略。
Comprehensive exploitation and management of water resources systems in plain lake areas is a multiobjective decision problem, We have constituted a large system multiobjective decision model by using decomposition-aggregation technique based on the feature of water resource system in Four-Lake Area. The whole system is decomposed into a number of subsystems according to the optimal objectives. The first hierarchy of the large system is the optimization problem of each subsystem that can be solved by using scalar optimizing technique. The second hierarchy is a multiobjective aggregation model containing only two decision variables and few constraints, it can be solved conveniently by using vector optimizing technique. Satisfactory operation policy of Four-Lake water resource system has been obtained by applying the model to the system.
