摘要
水资源开发利用是两川两河及十大孔兑地区生态环境建设中的重大问题之一。本文分析了两川两河及十大孔兑地区实有水资源量、水资源利用现状以及实施水土保持生态建设后水资源供需情况 ,提出了该地区应通过水土保持生态建设 ,提高水资源利用 。
The exploitation and utilization of water resources is one of important problems in ecological environment construction for basin of 'two rivers and two streams' and 'ten brooks'. The writer analyzes actual amount of water resources, the present situation of water resources utilization and the conftict between water supply and demand after ecological construction. In conclusion, the utilization ratio of water resources can be raised by soil and water conservation.
