以慢肾康胶囊 8 4、4 2、2 1g生药 kg连续灌胃给予c BSA肾炎大鼠 4周 ,观察尿蛋白含量 ,血清白蛋白、胆固醇、肌酐、尿素氮 ,病理学 ,免疫荧光等 ,多项指标结果显示慢肾康胶囊对C BSA肾炎大鼠有明显的治疗作用 ;能明显抑制小鼠体液免疫 ,对细胞免疫无明显影响 ,对 10
Urea protein content, serum albumin, cholesterol, creatinine, urea nitrogen, histopathology, et al were observed in C\|BSA nephritis rats which were orally administrated with Manshen Kang Capsule 8 4,4 2,2 1 g/kg for 4\|week, respectively. The results showed the capsule had significant therapeutic action on C\|BSA nephritis rats, could inhibit mice humoral immunity, but no effect on cell mediated immunity. In addition, the capsule had markedly protective effect of rabbit's microcirculation obstruction induced by 10% macromolecule intradex.
