摘要
目的 :正交设计优选抗瘤升白片提取工艺。方法 :采取提取挥发油、浸出物 (醇冷浸与水煮提 )的定量检测 ,及在化疗时其成品升WBC作用的药效学实验。结果与结论 :A1 、D1 提取工艺的浸出物较高。
Objective:To determine the extracting techniques of \%Kangliu\|shengbai\% tablet.Methods:Quantitative determination of essential oil,cold\|acohol extract and water decocting extract together with pharmacological tests,raising the white blood cells(WBC) in the mice during chemo\|therapeutics,optimized by orthogonal design.Results and Conclusion: A 1 and D 1 extracting conditions had a good extracting yield and higher raising WBC effects.
