摘要
目的 :探讨 2 1例胸膜间皮瘤的误诊原因 ,提高对本病的认识 ,减少误诊。方法 :临床资料回顾性分析。结果 :1 8例弥漫、大片及限局病变伴胸液者误诊结核性胸膜炎及胸膜炎 ;3例块状病变者误诊肺癌。4例经术后病理确诊 ;2例胸膜活检确诊 ;1 5例胸液内检出恶性细胞 ,结合X线确诊。结论 :胸膜活检、胸液内检出恶性细胞。结合X线以胸膜为主的病变 ,排除身体其他部位原发瘤灶 ,对本病的诊断是准确的。
Objective:To analyze the misdiagnosis reasons in 21 cases of pleural mesothelioma,to improve the level of diagnosis of the disease and reduce misdiagnosis.Methods:A retrospective study of 21 patients. Results: Eighteen cases with diffuse and focal changes combined pleural effusion were misdiagnosed tuberculosis pleurisy and pleurisy; 3 cases presented with mass were misdiagnosed Lung cancers.Twenty-one cases were diagnosed right last, 4 cases by pathobiology, 2 cases by pleural biopsy, 15 cases by finding cancer cell from pleural effusion combinded with radiograph. Conclusions:By pleural biopsy or by finding cancer cell from pleural effusion combinded with radiograph and primary malignant disease in other area of body was excluded,pleural mesothelioma may be diagnosed right.
