摘要
对即将成为中学教师的师范生来说 ,职业技能训练是非常重要的工作 .这方面的改革工作已经开展了很长时间 ,但是依然存在很多问题 .现行的训练方法过于注重训练的形式化和个别技能的熟练化 ,所以训练效果一直都不很明显 ,其主要原因就是对职业技能的特点缺乏深刻的探讨 ,使训练的过程无法成为学生素质内化的过程 .通过对职业技能的形成特点和训练规律的剖析 ,提出了改进这项工作的一些建议 .
The discipline of the vocational skill is very important for the college students who want to be a teacher in the middle school. The innovation of this discipline has been caried on for a long time, but there are still many problems in it. The methods which are applied now emphasize the formal and skilful side. The impression of them is not very marked. The reason is that the comprehension of the character of the vocational skill has some illegibility. We discussed the five characters of the vocational skill, analyzed the rules of the discipline method and proposed some advice to innovate discipline method.
