摘要
利用思茅市 1985年和 1999年两次森林资源二类调查资料 ,对 14年间森林资源动态变化情况进行分析结果 :有林地面积增加 86 881 9hm2 ,增 4 8 6 % ,无林地减少 4 6 72 1 4hm2 ,减少 6 6 1% ,森林覆盖率由 5 2 4 %增至76 9% (含灌木林 ) ;活立木蓄积净增加 3132 76 0m3 ,增 13% ,森林资源消长比为 1∶1 9,已达到“年生长量大于消耗量”的要求。在此基础上对森林资源发展趋势进行预测 ,并提出了加快森林分类经营改革 ;加强护林防火和病虫害防治工作 ;集约经营 ,提高林分质量 ;加强林政管理 ,降低木材低价值消耗 ;
The dynamic change of forest resource in Simao city in the period of year 1985 to year 1999 was analyzed based on the inventory data of forest resource. The results showed that the forest land area increased by 48 6%, and was 86 881 9hm 2, land area without forest cover decreased by 66 1%, and was 46 721 4 hm 2,the forest vegetation increased from 52 4% to 76 9%. The volume of living tree increased by 13%, and was 3 132 760 m 3. The ratio of consumption to growth was 1∶1 9. The development trend of forest resource is Simao city was estimated. A series development suggestions, such as speeding up classified management reform of forests, strengthening forest fire prevention, pest and disease control, accelerating intensive management, improving the quality of stand, strengthening forest management, decreasing low_value consumption of timber, consolidating quota of timber logging, were put forward.
