摘要
本文研究了氟化物对鸡新城疫疫苗免疫效果的影响：在1～3周内，氟化物能促进ND病毒抗体和血清球蛋白的产生；在4～8周内，鸡增重减慢，对ND病毒抗体和血清球蛋白含量的产生没有影响。试验结果表明，在短期内，氟化物能增强鸡新城疫疫苗的免疫效果；在较长时间内，氟化物干扰ND疫苗免疫效果，但不显著。
The effect of fluoride on the immune effect of ND vaccine was investigated in chickens．within the first 1～3 weeks，fluordide coult increase the level of HI antibody to Newcastle disease virus and serum globulin；during 4～8 weeks，the serum level of antibody to ND virus and and the level of globulin was not affected． The result showed that fluoride improved the immune effect of ND vaccine in chickens for a short time，while the immune effect was not affected in the long term．
