摘要 介绍了一套已用于国内某省的年、月、日电力交易计划决策系统的规则、模型和算法。该系统按各厂实际报价结算的规则更适合我国情况。提出的基于 out- of- kilter法的非线性网络流法可从任意满足节点流量平衡条件、不一定可行的初始解开始计算 ,因此可方便地处理“起作用约束”上、下界改变的情况 ;同时用于考虑爬坡约束及联络线约束的一体化算法模型 ,它们对电力市场下多变的模型及约束有很好的适应性。并介绍了另一基于按边际价格结算的日交易计划系统。实践证明 ,运行情况良好 ,建议的规则和模型是合理的 ,系统和算法也是有效的。 This paper introduces a day-ahead and futures (year, month) trade schedule decision-making systems, and its models, rules and implementation in the Inner Mongolia electricity market. The rule is more suitable for China's current situation that its payment received for each winning supplier is based on individual bids. A new nonlinear network flow method based on out-of-kilter method is proposed, and it can begin with any circulation, feasible or not, provided that node conservation constraints are satisfied. A new integral optimization model including ramp rate and transmission security (interface) constraints is used. These methods have more adaptability to various models for power markets. Another daily trading schedule system based on the uniform payment according to system marginal prices is also presented. The results of application indicate that the rules and models are effective.
