摘要
介绍了DZL1 1 8系列漏电断路器产品的故障分类及其分布 ,分析了故障原因。对该系列产品进行包括气候、温度和电子元件抗老化三项内容的可靠性摸底试验。针对试验中出现的故障现象提出改进措施。
The classification of failure and its distribution of DZL118 series residual current operated protective device were introduced, the causes of failure were analyzed. The initial test of the reliability about climate, temperature and against the ageing of electronic devices for DZL118 series products were conducted. The improvement measures on the failure phenomena occured in the test were proposed.
