摘要 依据空间信息的数据库、模型库、知识库 ,设计和建立生态环境监测与管理决策支持系统 ,其目的是综合应用遥感和地理信息系统 ,对生态系统和各种资源环境问题及时地进行监测分析 ,为促进生态系统的良性循环提供辅助决策支持。 The system uses the remote sensing data as information source. Digital terrain map and kinds of spatial data, statistic data of social economy and environment resources are also used. By means of geographic information system and model analysis method, it monitor and analyze the frailness ecosystem and environment problems. Then it can provide plan and management scheme and concrete measures about environment renovation and rational use of resource. It help us to resolve the environment problems and furtherance the healthy circle of the ecosystem. This is the purpose of the research of frailness environment monitor and management decision support system.\;By using analyzed and filtrated original data, the paper presents a frailness environment monitor and management decision support system based on the model analysis and spatial analysis. The system provides monitor and management decision support and analysis for land deterioration, land usage, forest and rangeland deterioration. The system takes advantage of spatial model technology and generates series of charts and statistic data about land management, desertification status and range planning. It can provide solutions for main decision problems in ecosystem monitor and management. The system got good effects when it used in the north of ShanXi province.
