摘要
本文通过计算到了固体粒子流过平板层流与湍流边界层的运动学特性,比较了这两种情况下固粒对平板的撞击磨损,分析了叶片上加筋的抗磨作用,讨论了气固两相湍流的能耗特性,对耐磨风机的设计具有一定的指导意义。
In this paper, the kinetic characteristics of particles flowing through laminar and turbulent boundary layer are calculated and different erosive situations caused by particles are compared. The function of anti-erosion sinews added on the blades is analysed. The energy detrition of two phase turbulent fluid is discussed. The content is helpful to the design of anti-erosion fans.
