The leaf and stem plants in our country mainly include some wooden plants and some herbage plants 。 Nutritions are abundant in their tender leaves,stems or buds,which can be eat。 In this article,research status quo of some familiar wildness leaf and stem plants in foodstuff industry is introduced 。
