摘要
在新经济条件下 ,企业必须具有极强的应变能力 ,而传统的组织结构形式显然与这一要求格格不入。因此 ,有必要分析传统组织结构变革的趋势以及新型组织的特点 ,提出对传统组织结构的调整原则。
Enterprise must has the strongest ability to meet an emergency in the new economy,but the conventional form of organization is against the grain with this desire.We analyzed the change trend of conventional organization and the characteristics of new one,and put forward the adjustive priciples to the change of enterprise organizagion.
