摘要
本文针对水资源系统规划管理决策过程中,决策准则往往具有递阶结构形式的特点,研究发展了一种递阶多准则决策分析方法。本文较为详细地推演了方法的原理,给出了基层相关矩阵的估计公式及方法的解题步骤,并将方法推广到同时考虑准则定性与定量评估的情形,最后针对长江流域TG水利枢纽工程的建设决策问题作了实例研究。
In this paper we deal with problem of finding the most preferred composite ranking of a set of alternatives evaluated using a large number of criteria having a hierarchical structure.The criteria may be qualitaive or quantitative.The estimation of the correlation matrix at the lowest level,the aggregation process and the algorithm of the method is developed and an application is presented.
