平流层环流异常的五种特征波型,在其年际变化中,存在着一种波和相似波型连续几年不变的长期稳定性和按一定次序转换变化承替规律,形成了独立的长期活动和承替变化规则.它们是我国流量七年枯水、五年丰(洪)水周期存在的主要物理机制.它为我国流量超长气预报提供了可靠的科学根据.
